Daniel’s place was perfect for our short stay. The backyard was perfect for our 3 small dogs. The hosts were responsive and even were able to accommodate a last minute late check out. I would definitely stay again!

I had booked a different AIRBNB for my stay but due to issues needed to find another place to stay. I had inquired about this house before my trip but choose another place due to the many steps here. Fortunately, Clinton's place was still available so he was able to get me in the next day. I was traveling with my dog so it is not easy to find an AIRBNB to accommodate a 40 lb dog. I will say my dog loved the back yard ! There is a upper back deck so she was able to be on the deck and look over the neighborhood. There are a lot of steps as this is a traditional bi-level house. The coffee bar was very much appreciated and very well stocked. There is a Ninja coffeemaker that will prepare drip coffee or you can use the Keurig. House was exactly as described and very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite, while still being a very close drive to all kinds of shops and dining. Host was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Irene was a great host. I stayed there for around 8 months and she was ALWAYS quick to solve/answer any and every question / concern I brought to her. I would 1000% recommend her listing to anyone looking for a place in this area. Great location, Great Host, Great experience. 👍🏼

Where do I begin? The house on Lonnie lane was everything and even more than expected. It truly gave that home away from home feeling. The house was SUPER clean and had every and anything you could need while on vacation. The beds were all in pristine condition and super comfortable. The patio space was beautiful and very inviting. My family and I had MORE the enough space and it was very accommodating for my child who is disabled, there was plenty of space to roll the wheel chair and not feel cramped. Overall the experience was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend booking Zack’s place you will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay. The house was well kept with all the amenities we could have asked for, and more. We were only in town for a quick trip but my children really enjoyed the space.

What a fabulous stay! I’d be thrilled to book this home every time I visit Houston. It was so lovely and full of character—and a perfect location. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Houston. Be was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. There were a couple of times we needed to reach out to her and she was responsive and helpful. Overall, everything you need to know is on Airbnb. The home was as described and exceeded expectations we had from the listing. The kitchen is super well appointed - stocked with starter supplies needed for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. The bedrooms very comfortable. The bathrooms all renovated with modern fixtures. The place we loved the most was the outdoor area. Many doors out to the backyard, beautiful pool, several seating areas, all very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Within a few miles, were a lot of restaurants and retail outlets. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for this kind of home.

This was the perfect gathering place for our family. So much for the kids to do!! HTX Pad's was so responsive and patient when I asked questions that they had already sent me instructions on! Kind host and perfect - provided extra TP/Paper Towels/Pool Towels/ Pool Floaties/ Make-up Removal Wipes - all the things most rentals do not provide (One paper towel roll and you're on your own is what we're used to, but not here). We had to make an unexpected trip to Houston as our son and wife had a baby earlier than due. We needed a place to bring our pups with us and Melissa’s place is a perfect haven for pets and pet owners. The room itself is clean and cute and the bathroom the same. Comfy bed. Lots of bottled water available which we appreciated and thoughtful snacks and coffee bar. Great host- we will be back.

I highly recommend this place! It is so peaceful and well kept. It was the perfect retreat, yet close to everything one needs! The management team for the property is THE BEST I have ever experienced! They were so friendly, responsive, professional, thoughtful, generous….they made my stay quite perfect!
