הזמנו את המקום מהרגע להרגע בגלל תקלה במקום המגורים שהזמנו מראש. קריסטין היתה זמינה וסופר אדיבה למרות התיזמון הלא מוצלח. הבית היה מוכן עבורנו כעבור זמן קצר. היינו אסירי תודה על כך. המיקום של הדירה סמוך למרכז העיירה הנהדרת אפיטוס. הבית נעים מאד והתאים למשפחה שלנו. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה בדירה. מומלץ ביותר!!!

Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

+Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα Κατερίνα, η οποία ήτανε εξυπηρετικότατη.Μας έδειξε το σπίτι κ μας πρότεινε μέρη για φαγητό. Όταν δυσκολευτήκαμε να ανάψουμε τα ξύλα του τζακιού, τα οποία ήτανε νωπά από την υγρασία κ την βροχή, άμεσα μας έφερε στεγνά κ μας βοήθησε να την ανάψουμε +Το σπίτι ήτανε ζεστό, υπήρχε καλοριφέρ κ κλιματιστικό για θέρμανση(Χρειάζεται να προστεθούν επιπλέον χαλάκια στο σαλόνι κ στην κουζίνα, καθώς μεγάλη επιφάνεια ήτανε ακάλυπτη,οπότε απαγορευτική για παιδιά που παίζουν κάτω) +Το μπαλκόνι είχε θέα την θάλασσα +Το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(Ένα κουρτινάκι στο παράθυρο είναι απαραίτητο) +Η κουζίνα σε άριστη κατάσταση(Θα χρειαστεί η προσθήκη μιας τοστιέρας, λίγο λάδι κ αλάτι) +Στην μπαλκονόπορτα του σαλονιού και στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου υπήρχαν αλουμίνια, σε αντίθεση με τα παράθυρα στις κρεβατοκάμαρες που ήταν κλασικά ξύλινα. Ξύλινη και η κυρία είσοδος, η οποία θέλει επιδιόρθωση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!! Ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή !!

Η διαμονή μας για τις μέρες του Πάσχα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία και ξεκούραστη. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο άνετο και πολύ βολικό πού είχε δύο μπάνια Ήταν πλήρως εφοδιασμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν (κουζίνα, μπάνια, υπνοδωμάτια) Πόλυ ωραία διακόσμηση και με "βολικές" λεπτομέρειες Ήταν όλα προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια Και επειδή το σπίτι δεν είχε άλλη κράτηση την επόμενη μέρα η κυρία Anneli και μας άφησε να μείνουμε περισσότερο από την ώρα του check out, μας το πρότεινε από μόνη της και αυτό μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία

Къщата беше много добре обзаведена и просторна, оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Намира се на много тихо и спокойно място сред природата, но в същото време много близо до таверни, супермаркети и автобусна спирка. На 10мин пеша от прекрасен плаж залив Troulos. Мария е изключително любезен домакин, комуникацията беше перфектна и през цялото време се грижеше добре за престоя ни. Благодарим и бихме се върнали отново! Препоръчваме за пълноценен престой на острова, в близост е и до най-живописните плажове! Подходяща и за семейства с домашни любимци, тъй като има голям двор с красива и поддържана градина и няколко веранди. Благодарим, Мария!

Totul a fost superb, casa într-o zona liniștită, cu multa verdeață, priveliște atât către mare cât și către munte,gazda foarte primitoare, sociabilă, pentru noi avantajul maxim a fost că vorbește și română pe lângă engleza. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Mulțumim Olga, Dimitra și Iorgos!

Great location for exploring east Pelion! View of the sea from the balcony, comfortable house for 2 families. Excellent communication from Mato!

we loved the house. very unique, peaceful and authentic. located in a small village, feels very homey. the host is lovely, they made an extra effort to accommodate us. the house was clean, well organised, and they left some snacks, milk and all cooking ingredients available for us. we highly recommend it. please pay attention to the description, you need to walk and carry your luggage from the car. not a problem for us. area is wonderful. very special vacation spot.

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

המקום מהמם ושקט, עם נוף עוצר נשימה ופרטיות מוחלטת. המארח ידידותי וחביב מאד, ועזר בכל בעיה במהירות וביעילות (אינו דובר אנגלית אבל זאת לא היתה בעיה כלל). היתה לנו חוויה נהדרת, ומקווים לחזור שוב בהקדם מאד מומלץ. מתאים למעשנים בלבד, כי העישון בבקתה מותר, וזה מורגש

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Athena. Das Apartment war in einer besonders gut gelegen und man konnte alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind auch Athena sehr für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und fürs Abholen vom Flughafen dankbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Athena!

Πολύ ωραίο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο των Γρεβενών. Ιδανικό για 4-5 άτομα.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia nella casa di George. Si è dimostrato sin da subito molto cordiale ed ospitale. Ci ha persino fatto assaggiare una squisita pie al formaggio fatta in casa. La casa rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto sul sito. È molto confortevole per 6 persone ed offre un giardino dove ho potuto addirittura cogliere ottimi fichi e limoni. L’unico piccolo neo è che la casa è attaccata alla strada che collega il porto alla parte occidentale dell’isola e quindi pur essendo totalmente immersa nel verde risente del rumore delle macchine e dei motorini. Però questo non disturba assolutamente il riposo notturno in quanto le doppie finestre sono molto ben isolanti. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno nella casa di George.

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Pascuelas, thank you gor giving us our 1st great Family VACATION after 5 years! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mimi, Russ and family Great for big families!

Our stay at Andreas’ place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Andreas was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and ready to assist with any request, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. The property is just a short walk from the sea, and the beach nearby is wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

Lovely villa in a fabulous location. Is a little hike with the suitcases if they are heavy from the port but well worth it. Even though building either side it was very quiet and didn’t realise it was going on. The view from pool is lovely. Local restaurants are very nice recommended by Nassia. Can even walk all around the harbour and little town. A local supermarket 5 mins walk which has everything you need. So no need for car hire a few back packs were enough. Has everything you need in the villa for an enjoyable stay. Nassia is quick to respond to any questions. Would Recommend this Villa. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. One thing would say definitely book the ferry as they get very full indeed.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.
