A quiet park by the river, with a great hill for a picnic.

London's only riverside garden. Not a lot of people come here, and you get a great view of the river thames and the city. Perfect picnic spot.

Walk through Southwark Park, cross Jamaica road and from King's Stairs garden you can go to the Angel pub or join the Thames Riverside Path or Jubilee Greenway and walk to Tower bridge and beyond.
