If you are a serious runner, you might want to run on a track. Jamsil Olympic Supplementary Stadium has an eight lane, 400 meter track that we often use for training purposes. It’s an official athletic track, so a lot of marathon clubs use it for training sessions in the evening. There’s an entrance fee of 1,000 won and it is sometimes closed in the evenings for special events and performances. Check availability by calling in advance.

The complex consists of the Olympic Main Stadium, Auxiliary Stadium, Jamsil Gymnasium, Jamsil Baseball Stadium, Jamsil Swimming Pool, Jamsil Inline Skating Rink and the Sports Park. The Olympic Stadium is rich in history, as it successfully hosted both the 10th Asian Games and the XXIV Seoul Olympic Games. Visited by many tourists from home and abroad, it has lately played host to numerous international sporting contests in soccer, marathon and track and field, as well as operas and large music concerts.

One of the biggest baseball stadium in korea. It will take just 5 minute by subway or bus.
Have you heard of KBO? That means Korean Baseball league. I am one of the big fans of Korean Baseball (I cheer for Nexen Heroes team). If you are interested in Baseball, why dont' you get the baseball ticket immediately? Jamsil baseball stadium is big, and well arranged for players and audience. Sit among the audience with beer and fried chicken on your hands, and cheer for the baseball team following the cheering song actively. It will be much interesting than sitting in front of the TV. Baseball cheering culture in Korea is especially fun and dynamic in my opinion. You never know how time goes fast.
