You will find La Taverne du Parvis in the heart of Coutances town centre. The hotel-restaurant is at the foot of the magnificent Gothic cathedral Notre-Dame de Coutances. Get place to get a reasonably priced meal after a walk round the gardens, shops and churches of the old town centre of Countances. Also has a good beer selection.
