I had read good things about Soban but never had a chance to try it out. Then one of my repeat customers, a Korean student from Johnson and Wales and I were talking about his dinner and lo and behold he had ordered take out from Soban, a place he frequents and highly recommends. He was enthusiastic about these dishes: Bibimbap, rice with vegetables and spicy sauce; Kimchi Stew, and Soft Tofu Stew. I can't wait to ask a friend to join me there soon!
