Park at the top of the elevator and walk along the bluff to the Willamette Falls overlook, then take the elevator down to walk around OC.

This elevator was built in the 1800's and then remodeled for breathtaking views of Oregon City, the Willamette River, 364 days a year. There are 3 -D pictures in the inner walkway and inside the top of the viewing area, depicting before and after pictures of Oregon City and construction of the elevator.
