Ryozen rekishi-kan History Museum (霊山歴史館) is opposite the Gokoku Shrine (京都霊山護国神社) and is dedicated to the events of the Bakamutsu (幕末) period between the overthrow of the Tokugawa Bakufu (徳川幕府) and the Meiji Restoration (大政奉還 taisei hokan). Most explanations are in Japanese
