You can take the elevator up the Campanile for great views of Berkeley and the rest of the Bay Area. Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00-3:45 Saturday: 10:00-4:45 Sunday: 10:00-1:30 and 3:00 pm-4:45

The UC Berkeley campus is a great place to talk a walk. Rolling lawns and massive old trees dot the campus. Climb to the top of the Campanile tower and get a great view of the bay.
