Audiences never know quite what to expect at the Brown Derby Jazz Revue. Sure, every Thursday night features some of Chicago's best jazz musicians—whether they're singers or musicians jamming on the guitar, horn, piano, and another instrument. But each weekly show also showcases a different guest artist, as well as a new buffet created by Chef Robert.
