外型像兩隻恐龍對望，因為又名為「恐龍橋」。行人在若洲一端乘坐升降機可以前往橋面行人路，但不能在中央防波堤一端返回地面。大橋有燈飾照明，展現日本四季不同美妙色彩，供遊人觀賞。
