The Big Cheese, Caerphilly, South Wales, last weekend in July. A weekend of celebration which commences on Friday evening with The Great Cheese Race followed by a firework display. The free event has many food stalls selling a range of welsh produce including cheese. Throughout the weekend, there is live music featuring local artists and visitors can watch medieval enactments in Caerphilly Castle.

Fabulous Cheesemonger and Delicatessen serving a wide selection of British cheeses. They also sell a fantastic range of tasty crackers and delicious chutneys. Yummy pasties also available to take away or eat in. Stuart and his team are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

A great coffee shop next to the church on the High Street. Stuart makes the best coffee in Somerset, Always with a smile and as the name suggests, also stocks a fabulous range of West Country Cheese.

The Big Cheese, established 2008, specialises in West Country cheeses and products offering a selection of over 50 varieties of cheese including cow, ewe, goat and buffalo. As well there is a charming coffee shop that serves freshly ground coffee and tea together with a variety of cakes and cream teas.
