My husband and son have been telling me drool-worthy tales of Pinkerton's chopped brisket sandwich for a while now. I finally went and they were not kidding. It is INCREDIBLE! I like the manbear sandwich (a cannon ball of 1/2 pulled pork 1/2 chopped brisket on jalapeño cheddar bread- if they have t run out). all the meat is super tender and smokey, huge portion too. *outdoor seating available
