The best bakery in Bergen, with attention to ingredients and healthy food, and the best with them is that they open early, so you can take your breakfast here if you don't want to prepare your own. A good start for your day in Bergen.

I love their mandelbolle (almond buns). Great bakery and sit down place for an organic and tasty sandwich and coffee.

Cozy cafe right next to fløyen. Have yourself a coffee while waiting in the queue for the trip up the mountain!
