Favorite local/walkable coffee shop in the neighborhood. Great coffee, service and the patio is top notch. Bonus, they're open late and have great crepes!

Great crepes (take 15 min to make, worth the wait) and breakfast pastries. Their coffee and tea menu are very good. Outdoor seating in front/back (some covered).

This small and unique neighborhood coffee shop has a great outdoor patio and also offers beer, wine, juices and delicious crepes! It is about a ten minute walk away/0.5 miles away and open 6:30am - 10pm Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - midnight Fridays, 7:30am - midnight on Saturdays and 7:30am - 10pm Sundays
