Our local beach really is stunning and only approximately 3.5kms away so a short drive or a nice walk. Not only is it a beautiful beach but there are great spots for eating, drinking or just people watching.

One of Christchurch's nicest beach spots. You can easily get here by catching the Purple Line bus from Ferry Road at the end of Mathesons Road.

Beautiful beach in a picturesque setting. Visit Sumner on a sunny day and you will not be disappointed. The walk along the esplanade of the beach if you want to get your feet wet is excellent
