At the zaanse schans. Lovely place for lunch or dinner. The big secret is to go into the restaurant and go sit at the water area.

Looking for a fancy meal out, check out De Hoop Op d'Swarte Walvis which is on the Zaanse Schaans. Best for an evening meal and during the day it will be very busy with all the tourists at the windmills, its a great place but we would suggest booking in advance! Tip: Try the Chef's menu To get here walk to the kopenmolenstraat and take bus 391 towards Zaanse Schans

Fancy Restaurant - If you want to have a romantic dinner then this is the place to be. Ask for a table next with the river view. It's pricy though. 10 minutes walk from house.
