Sandwich and ice cream shop. Love the homemade chicken salad and homemade ranch dressing with sour cream and chives French fries. (Huge selection of any kind of sandwich you can think of)

Local dive in downtown historic Seneca with an extensive menu, cheap prices, and good food. Where else can you get an egg salad sandwich for $1.75? They also have a great selection of hand dipped ice cream.
