New South Head Road divide Double Bay Village into 2 section with Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and other major retailers and a multi-storey carpark servicing the Council Library. The doyennes continues to dominate the glitzy Intercontinental Double Bay as well as what is considered the traditional heart of DB’s Cafe Society on the village left with a smattering of fashion boutiques and specialist shops - far cry from its halcyon days where Sydney Society came to Double Bay to see and be seen. Currently undergoing one of its many periodic upgrades by the Council, Double Bay continues to find relevance in the lives of the monied set of Sydney.

The newly renovate hub os Sydney's rich hosts fantastic bars restaurants and clubs. Pop down for a spot of shopping or just to see the luxury cars drive the streets.

Some great places to 'go-out' here - The Oaks Hotel, The Sheaf, Mrs Sippy and Pelicano! Dress up as much as you can as they can be strict on the doors, no thongs or singlets etc.. A great looking crowd in these bars :)
