a huge inspiration to us - this team has been building a medieval castle from the ground up using only the tools and technology available at the time. Totally worth the visit.

This is really something. The people at Guedelon are building a castle from the ground up, with techniques from the middle ages. When you walk there it really comes to life, you can suddenly imagine how they made all those amazing buildings.
