Cane & Canoe is located at The Montage Hotel in Kapalua®. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and showcases “modern cuisine that celebrates Hawaii’s diverse cultural influences.” All ingredients are fresh, and locally grown. Guests may dine in the open-air restaurant, or, just outside on the picturesque lanai. Enjoy views of the beautiful Montage Hotel, the gorgeous Pacific, and islands of Molokai’ and Lanai. Be sure not to miss their Sunday Brunch & Bloody Mary Bar. Enjoy savory sweet cuisine and a “build your own Bloody Mary bar.” Or, try the Cane & Canoe for dinner, starting the evening off with a handcrafted cocktail accompanied with tuna sashimi. We recommend their Pacific Rim Cioppino for the main course. Then try their Roasted Pineapple Napoleon for dessert.

Located in the resort just a short walk from the villa. They have a great selection of wines. You should find the wine list in the Guest Book located on the kitchen counter.
