The place to go for delicious pizza and on Taco Tuesdays they offer three different kinds of great tacos. During summer weekends there's often live music on the patio. The restaurant shares the building with a bar.

Pioneer pizza is an amazing mom-and-pop restaurant that also has a bar attached. This is a great place to stop at for lunch or dinner when heading up to Lassen, any of the lakes, or just a drive through the mountains to see the snow! The food is fresh, and the pizza sauce is an old family recipe to die for! The dough is fluffy and delicious. They also have cauliflower crust for those that are gluten-free. For burger options, they serve impossible burgers and black bean veggie Patties. The staff is very outgoing and kind. Very clean dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. The whole restaurant was remodeled a year ago and still looks brand new.
