Good for mountain biking and has some hiking trails too, a small creek and trees to give some shade.

The Lower Galena Creek Trail is a mellow out & back hike (or short mountain bike ride). Mostly wooded, through the Montreaux neighborhood and golf course. From the trail crossing at Joy Lake Rd, you can also connect to Brown's Creek trail, and the Jones/Whites trails (Galena Creek Regional Park) across Mt. Rose Hwy.
