When it comes to location, you can't beat this seated bar. It is at the intersection of the nicest streets in Kas, and the energy of the people walking makes for a great ambiance. The music selection is wide-ranging and great. The bar itself has nice strong drinks, and I recommend the Strawberry Daquiri. It also has a cute shot bar that can turn your night upside down.
