Two Egyptian sphinxes flank the quayside dating back some 3500 years in front of the imposing Academy of fine Arts. In between the two sphinxes is a great area to take a panoramic photo of the buildings across the Neva River. It’s worth a visit. Древнеегипетские сфинксы на Университетской набережной.
