If you can't get to "Fairview Ave shopping center land "and you don't need a lot, Bruno's sells organic produce, local eggs, dairy products of high quality, locally produced fowl and meat, cheeses, treats and prepares breakfast and lunch. Very handy local resource. The owners are lovely people too. Not cheap.

Lunchtime sandwich joint - Lower Warren Street - usually a wait ( even when no one is there) but worth it for a homey lunch.
