During winter, Piano Provenzana is a ski area. From there, all year long, you can take a guided tour to the top of the Etna. On your way up, you will pass through the Pineta Ragabo, a nice forest with tall tree pines, where you can walk around and make a picnic.

It is the "alternative face" of the volcano, normally there are no tourist and generally few people not a lot of service but not difficult enjoy for easy walk from here you can also book guided excursion
