Lobster in Utah? Yep. They fly it in fresh daily. Freshies was even awarded "The World's Best Lobster Roll" by the Down East Lobster Roll Festival in Portland, Maine. Their lobster rolls truly are heavenly, but prepare yourself mentally and financially, cuz it ain't cheap to fly those crawdaddies across the country.

Beginning as a farmer’s market business before taking to the road as a food truck the business now has two bricks and mortar locations; the first in Park City and the menu below – from Salt Lake City.
