It is a great day up in the Apennine mountains with a local family: truffle hunting, pasta making, topped off with a big lunch and lots of local wine.

A wonderful day in the country where you visit an authentic Italian farm, hunt for truffles with the hunter & his dogs, a pasta lesson & then a terrific lunch under the trees.
