It’s a landmark in Lisbon; a food court (Portuguese Style) with wide variety of restaurants and choices. A wonderful experience! Get ready to dine with over 500 people; its loud and you will love it. No reservation is needed but you might take a couple of rounds to find empty seats.

Have you ever heard of curated burgers? Curated nigiri? Curated pizzas, sandwiches or even curated cod? Probably not. After all, Time Out Market is the first market in the world where everything has been chosen, tasted and tested (with four or five stars, and not one star less) by an independent panel of city experts: Time Out’s own journalists and critics. It has over 40 restaurants, a shop selling Portuguese products, a cooking academy, a bar, a club and a showroom. Definitely an unmissable stop.

The world’s first food and cultural market, and the first market experience rooted wholly in editorial curation. A place that previously housed the city’s top vendors now brings together the best of the city under one roof: its best restaurants, bars and cultural experiences. An emblematic space of Lisbon renewed by TIME OUT magazine, offering food and traditional local products and the foods range from seafood to steak sandwiches, hamburgers, sushi and ice cream… with canteen-style communal tables. If on the ground floor it is too crowded, try the upper floor famous restaurant Pap'Açorda (with a lunch menu more affordable) .

The best of Portuguese cuisine is very close to Bairro Alto. Modern and full of flavor!

The most ancient market of Lisbon. It is beautiful and in the mornings you can buy fruits, vegetables, fish and meat. It has lots of restaurants inside
