Schönbrunn park is a stunning example of 17th century space organisation culminating in Schönbrunn Castle. Moreover, it's wonderful to walk and run.
Schönbrunn offers a nice walk in the old Emperors backyard. Visit the Gloriette for a beautiful view over Vienna. For young and older children i recommend visiting the Zoopark Schönbrunn.

While the palace itself and the zoo are worth a visit, the real attraction of Schönbrunn palace is the extensive baroque park. Perfect for taking a walk, relaxing, having a picnic, or running, doing yoga or other exercise. From the Gloriette, the hill opposing the palace, one has a great view.
