Waterfront park is a great place for a walk or run. It has playgrounds, splash parks, a monument/memorial to Abraham Lincoln and now a walking bridge that connects to downtown Jeffersonville.

Great place to walk & see concerts. Short walk to downtown museums & restaurants (and the world renowned 21C Museum Hotel, which is a hotel, gallery, restaurant and bar in one).

Louisville Waterfront Park & Big Four Bridge (22 min. from the cottage) Enjoy a walk along the Ohio River at this sprawling urban park. You can even walk across the pedestrian bridge, The Big Four Bridge, where you’ll end up in Indiana. At the end of the bridge in Indiana are some decent restaurants, though the best food is really in Louisville! A family friendly, outdoor experience.
