Pescaito frito / Fried fish

The best fried fish in town. You can't leave Cadiz without trying this deliciously crunchy fresh battered fish. It is cheaper to go to the counter and ask for a roll of paper asking for a quarter of a kilo of skid ( chipirones) cazón en adobo (spiced shark), boquerones (baby sardines) or anything you fancy. Take the paper home and it will arrive warm.

Cadiz is well known for its fried fish and this is a great place to have it! There are two in town. One of them just after The Hotel Playa Victoria.

Really small family stile fried fish spot loved by the locals. Get there early, order a bit of everything to go and eat it by the square.
