This is part of the world famous Isigny butter factory but this shows you how the gorgeous caramel products are made and also has the obligatory shop to buy some of the delicious products. Yum yum.

Lieu incontournable, vous ne pouvez pas venir dans notre région sans passer aux halles d'Isigny ! Y déguster quelques uns de nos meilleurs fromages, acheter des caramels beurre salé (où vous pourrez y découvrir toutes les étapes de la fabrication) et surtout venez déguster les meilleures glaces du monde à la crème d'Isigny.
