The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It can accommodate good number of people. Sufficient aminities are provided such as extra beds, pillows, soaps, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The location is peaceful.

Correspondence with Tom's was excellent. and the coordination with the caretaker, Mr. Sanju, also went well. My vehicle was absolutely safe in the locked yard of the home and WiFi was good: two important considerations for me. The place was as advertised and all the listed amenities were present and functional. Location was fine for me as I did not mind the traffic noise from the highway nearby. I would have liked to stay longer but someone else had already booked the place. Definitely worth what I paid to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at The Wilsons! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful. The property is situated at an impressive elevation, offering stunning views that truly took our breath away. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the place—it’s beautifully designed and exceptionally well-kept. A special mention to Mr. Vivin, who was a truly outstanding host. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was serene, and we felt completely rejuvenated during our stay. This was easily one of the best stays we've ever had, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful vintage ancestral house with well equipped with a functional kitchen, stocked refrigerator, and other amenities. The host was proactive in communication and helping us in every step to make our stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure an amazing experience. Our dog had a good time running around the massive property! The hosts were thoughtful in how they have setup the place to ensure good stay for the guests.

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

Nimeesh's place is right in the middle of Thrissur and is closer to main attractions, restaurants. The room has a single standard bed, but had extra bedding to accommodate additional person. He lets us check in a couple of hours early and when we arrived, A/C was running and felt at home. Kitchen access wasn't provided, but we were not looking for that either. Nimeesh was able to give us a reference of local eateries and a great taxi person. With that we were ablet fulfill our travel needs, which is the most part, the need that we had. Nimeesh had been responsive and was kind enough to drop us on our way back. I would strongly recommend for group of friends.

The place is amazingly good. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was kept clean and had all the amenities. It is just walkable distance to the temple and is located in a peaceful locality. Host helped with temple visit and timings, highly appreciated!

We booked at the last minute and also requested for early check-in. Raghav was very accomodating and helpful . Instructions were clear and we loved the stay. Price was also very affordable and i would rate it as a good deal. Will highly recommend this. thanks
