Beautiful 1 bedroom basement suite in Rosewood. Separate keyless access. Clean and quiet new build neighbourhood close to parks, Tim Hortons, Costco, and grocery stores. Please note there is no cooking allowed in the suite, only fridge and microwave are avaliable. Limited towels per guest provided. We also have a young child who is an early riser, there may be noise and heavy footsteps. Please read ALL booking details. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Our yard has been featured in magazines and on many garden tours. This is a very quiet neighbourhood mostly populated with working professionals and students.
