Built over 200 years ago on the banks of the Vezere river, this traditional stone gite is set in a beautiful parkland garden which it shares with another gite. Whilst it's tranquil location is perfect for ensuring a relaxing holiday, it is close to all the main attractions offered in both the Vezere and Dordogne valleys, and surrounding areas.

Notre petit coin de "paradis" est situé au cœur de la forêt Barade : cet endroit est protégé, naturel et sauvage. Dans cet écrin de verdure, vous trouverez le calme et la tranquillité. Vous pourrez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine ou visiter les nombreux sites touristiques qui se trouvent non loin de chez nous. Nous aurons grand plaisir à vous recevoir au Refuge des Cerfs

Un beau studio de 30m2 totalement indépendant de la propriété avoisinante. Avec une piscine partagée avec la propriétaire. Le studio possède un coin cuisine tout équipée, un coin repas et séjour, une jolie espace de nuit avec un lit de 160cm. La salle de bain est équipée avec un WC, lavabo et une douche italienne. La terrasse privée donne sur des vues dégagées de campagne. La maison du propriétaire est adjacente mais elle reste très discrète voir absente.

A beautiful old farm in the heart of the Dordogne. The house is located in the centre of a 15 ha domaine, with other holiday homes. It is surrounded by gardens and within 5 minutes you can walk in the forest. The house has been a personal family home for 26 years and therefore decorated with a lot of care. The main house itself has 3 bedrooms. There is also a little gite, which sleeps 2 persons and a tower that sleeps 2 people as well.

Vous apprécierez mon logement car La villa est nichée dans un domaine privé sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat, très spacieuse et confortable, climatisée et parfaitement équipée. Vue panoramique sur la campagne.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). La piscine est chauffée de mai à septembre.
