The perfect seaside escape for couples, everything is on your doorstep – cafés, restaurants and coastal walks. Guests can easily arrive by train, so no car is needed. Inside you’ll find a cosy living space and beautifully designed kitchen, while outside the private courtyard garden is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine on warm summer evenings.

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

'Breeze'; a short stroll from the pier and beach

In the heart of Cromer, 'Breeze' is a recently renovated, first-floor apartment within a listed building. It stands on a busy, little street with independent shops and cafes, is opposite a pub garden which can be busy in good weather so there will be some noise at peak times . Breeze is only a few steps from the path down to the pier forecourt and the beach which has its own surf school . It is ideally situated for everything that Cromer and the surrounding area has to offer.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
