We have bikes, tennis rackets, canoe, ect. for you to Enjoy! Take the bikes and ride 2 miles to the river, Store, golfing, tennis, Sunriver Village and more. Only 17m from Mount Bachelor!

This 2nd floor studio condo is great for small families ....with 1 queen bed and 1 new queen sofa bed (perfect for 2 adults and 2 children). SHARC passes are included for your summer fun! The kitchenette is small, but well equipped!The patio has a gas barbecue and dining area for those beautiful Sunriver nights!! The floor to ceiling fireplace adds to the cabin like decor!

SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts and bikes (2 adult and 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. 25-mins to skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Private marina access in Oregon Water Wonderland. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced, hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, putt putt, disc golf, movie theatre/golf sim (game room) upon req.

Located just one block (3 minute walk) from the Deschutes River, private community pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts or stay home and relax in the private hot tub. Our place is a perfect active family getaway.
