Sandy feet retreat Caister-on-Sea is a brand new bungalow finished September 2020, unlike most holiday lets this has been specifically built and designed for all your holiday needs. We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. The Cosy West Wing, dog friendly

Spacious, self contained annex, sleeps 2 in a double bed. (No further beds available) . Located on The Green in the picturesque village of Martham. Set within the Broads National Park, Martham is only 3.5 miles to the coast. We are walking distance to local amenities. Canoe and day boat hire are available in the village, to explore the Broads. Nature trails, marsh and river walks too. Only 15 miles to the beautifully historic city of Norwich and 8 to Great Yarmouth.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.
