The Birch Basin is located at Lutsen Mountain and within the Caribou Highlands resort community. The Birch Basin condo offers a wide array of facilities and services to enhance your stay, including amenities and features such as a fireplace, hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant.

Winter Activities Rustic Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cell service is good. Rustic cabin with some modern amenities. You won’t be missing anything, but you will not have Wi-Fi, Internet, TV or microwave. You will have access right off the property to the snowmobile trails and Swedetown ski trails are less than a mile away. The property backs up to 30 acres that you can snowshoe or ski on. The second and third bedroom are in the loft if you’re not comfortable with this do not book this listing.
