Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Come stay in this hidden gem located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and family room with a sofa bed available if needed. The cottage has a fully equipt kitchen with snacks & drinks available, laundry room with washer & dryer. Wi-Fi & Smart TV. Indoor Front room porch/reading room.

Laid back guest house located close to the marsh and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area.
