We loved our time in TJM. Booked the main house for my mom’s bday and reunion with our relatives and we all enjoyed the place. We are a total of 37 guest with 20 staying overnight and the space is still big for us. There are multiple corners of the house that is for chilling and also many mattress for sleep or rest. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook. What impressed us the most is the interior of the house, it is beautifully designed. Everything is clean and the staffs are accommodating. It’s a relief that they have a store inside the resort and it’s pretty stocked. The host is responsive and friendly. Hopefully next time we will be able to use their man-made lake to try kayaking. We’ll definitely recommend TJM resort. Thank you for a great stay.

Photos don’t do justice - first time in Lipa, but fell in love with the province in big part to Max’s home and hospitality. The area is so cool cause of the mountain breeze - the trees swaying sounded so much like waves. So so serene. Spent my mornings sipping coffee by the couch (which overlooks this large field), my sibling playing pool, and my dog running around freely. Felt like its own serene world. A big thank you to Kuya Mac Mac - who is also an amazing cook and helped us so much. 🙂 On to creature comforts: There’s private parking, the rooms are cozy, it’s a gated compound (so safe! they give you a remote for the gate so you can come and go whenever), there’s a proper closet, internet was great (I was able to take calls), spacious bathroom, lots of private spots (like, if you want a break from your group - there’s a small living space by the balcony besides the room), and Solar-heated shower. We’re definitely coming back. 🙂

This is I think our 4th stay on Raul's and the place never disappoints. What I love about it are the friendly dogs and cats on the property, the peacefulness, the view, and the helpers. The garden would always take my breath away. It captures the beathe of fresh air that you need after your exhaustion from your city job. It's hands down better than staying at a hotel building. The rusty feel and old filipino house decor makes you feel at home. My partner and I always love staying here, and now our extended family does as well.

place is as described. best to bring everything you'll need as the venue is far from city/barangay proper. expect mosquitos and bugs outside the house as it is a farm location.

If you want to spend time with your loved ones with no distractions, MyFarmhouse will give you that. Its quite remote hence its more natural and peaceful. We went there with our dog and loved every minute of our stay. The host is available on cell and their caretaker is always there to take care of any of your needs at all times. The house is very clean n well maintained with lovely artifacts. It has all the facilities available. It is very spacious and can easily fit 4 people (since it has a pull out bed also). The kitchen has everything you may need in a kitchen. There were some basic grocery items also provided. All you need to carry is your own food & water. The outside of the house is quite big and it has birds, chickens n horse. Its all very natural and calming. With a lovely view of Mt. Malarayat, its a wonderful getaway. Our whole family was together for the weekend for some early Christmas bonding and Jerry's place was the perfect blend of comfy, homey, and roomy. It was very private and we felt safe to leave the kids walking & running around the property after some instructions & with minimal supervision. There was enough space and amenities to keep them entertained while the adults did preparations. The place has all the listed amenities, especially the kitchen which allowed us to prepare food for our family comfortably and conveniently. Bedrooms and linens are clean & comfy. Main hall was big enough for indoor games and so was the event hall where we enjoyed the cold while we took our meals, did videoke, and watched a movie. The bonfire was a warm & memorable way for us to end the day. Their caretaker Kenneth was also very helpful when we have questions and when we needed to buy some things we ran out of. We are very glad to have spent our family event at Jerry's place. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time. Staff was vert courteous and they treated our pets very well. The tree house lodging is very unique and worth it considering the price point and also please don't expect too much from it, if you want a hotel room then book the hotel or villa instead, it is intended for the outdoors. With that in mind! The view was superb, the pool was great and not crowded and you can choose between the infinity pool, gorilla pool and the pakwan pool. As for the farm, it's nice and being developed, you can even buy plants inorder to grow them at home.

Beautiful place, just as shown in the pictures. The caretakers were very kind and helpful. The weather was super cool and drinking wine and spending time with family around the bonfire was an unforgettable experience. If you want your kitchen or dining area clean all the time, this is just difficult as the pool is just beside these areas so the floor was wet most of the time. But other than that, the bathroom, bedroom, and surroundings were nice and clean.

Place was nice and very peaceful surrounding. Host was nice enough to let us have a late check out which we appreciated so much. All in all our stay was awesome. We had a really nice family bonding.

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

FloraTed’s place was perfect! Great location and close to everything and safely located. The property was just beautiful, we had room #1 and it was very nice, neat, clean, and well maintained! Perfect room size for 4 people with nice comfy bed and pillows, bathroom was good size with shower & warm water. There was a TV, table with 4 chairs, nice size cabinet, small refrigerator and small kitchen. I love how the room and entire place was simply decorated. The front entrance and front yard was super clean and amazing landscaping. It was also such an easy check in process and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks to Mr Ted for being very helpful, accommodating, providing us with some recommendations and quickly replying to all my inquiries via Airbnb chat message application. Great place to stay with family. The property has lots of amenities that can be enjoyed by everyone, especially the kids. The only concern, however, is the presence of many flies in the area, including inside the room. Also, the road leading to the location is still under construction, so it's better not to bring lowered cars. Other than that, the place is perfect. We will definitely come back!

With its Spanish/Filipino/Dutch colonial architecture I can’t help but ruminate the time back in the 17th century when galleon ships can still enter what was then a salty Taal Lake. The place offers a panoramic view of Taal Volcano and the Tagaytay ridge, truly a magical, mystical, and charming place. I would recommend to get a copy and read ‘The Mysteries of Taal: A Philippine Volcano and Lake, Her Sea Life and Lost Towns by Thomas Hargrove’ while lounging in the garden of this farmhouse.

We checked in late at Esperanza's place and she made sure that we get attended to when we got there! JV took care of our needs as soon as we arrived and he guided us around the place and made us feel right at home! We really had a great time and we'll be sure to come back with family and friends! Thanks again to the host and her awesome team!

We had a hassle-free and very relaxing stay at Nelcor Garden. The host and the caretaker were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely come back! :)

Spent a wonderful weekend breather at Ataalaya Farmhouse after a hectic work week. My stress level immediately went down upon entering the gates. All you will see is greenery and nature at its finest. Lots of areas for photo ops perfect for photography junkies like us. The house itself excudes a charming vibe, it feels like you entered a different time. My daughter and I had a good night sleep and woke up feeling refreshed hearing only the sound of birds and rustling of leaves. We really enjoyed the hearty breakfast prepared by Ate Neng at the balcony facing the sunrise. Ate Neng was super wonderful when I had a diemma with my car keys, she immediately searched for a mechanic to help me. Wifi signal is actually good, was able to connect nonstop. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely go back with families and friends next time. Thank you Ms Patricia for letting us stay in your beautiful paradise

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Adama Farmhouse! It was the perfect birthday celebration for our four furry family members, 2 of which just turned five. The fully fenced property was a dream come true, allowing our dogs to run and play freely without any worries. They had the best time! The kids, of course, were thrilled with the pool and spent hours splashing and laughing. We truly appreciated how pet-friendly the place is – it made such a difference to be able to bring all our dogs along. The serenity and peacefulness of the farmhouse, coupled with the stunning view of Mt. Malarayat, created a truly relaxing atmosphere. We felt completely at ease. A huge thank you to the caretaker! He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even surprising us with fresh, delicious vegetables from their garden. His kindness really enhanced our stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Adama Farmhouse. It's the perfect getaway for families and their furry friends!
