During our trip, our child wasn't feeling well, so we arrived very late at night. We felt very sorry about the late check-in, but the host was very understanding of our situation and kindly guided us in person despite the late hour. We are truly grateful. This is a place we would highly recommend to others. Durante il nostro viaggio, nostro figlio non si sentiva bene, quindi siamo arrivati molto tardi nella notte. Ci dispiaceva molto per il check-in in ritardo, ma l'host è stato molto comprensivo della nostra situazione e ci ha accolti di persona nonostante l'ora tarda. Siamo davvero grati. È un posto che consigliamo vivamente ad altri.

Raffaella has been very kind and available for me before and during my stay. The little house in the garden is lovely, the furnitures and objects are very nice and give a special charm to the interior. It’s a cosy place with everything one needs even for long stays. The environment is very private and calm, you can park your car just in front of the house. Thank you to Raffaella for welcoming me, i recommend this place!

Les petites ruelles de Ghiffa, surplombant le lac Majeur, sont déjà charmantes en elles-mêmes mais nous avons en plus eu la chance de pouvoir accéder au jardin de Michela et c'est un lieu réellement extraordinaire, avec une vue à réjouir le cœur. Sinon, tout est propre et lumineux dans le logement lui-même, qui se situe donc en dessous de ce jardin et de l'habitation de Michela et donne sur la ruelle. Toute la région est intéressante et l'hôte saura vous prodiguer quelques bons conseils.

Marisa's charming place is in a tranquil setting, with views across the valley. It was perfectly suited to our family of four - ample space, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and even toys to entertain the kids. We were especially appreciative of these comforts when our stay coincided with a few days of rain - especially the radiators, warm bedding and hot showers. Our kids were particularly enthusiastic about visiting the donkeys and sheep on the property, and I loved waking to the most fantastic morning bird chorus - or perhaps that was just the morning after the rain.. We also loved the dark evenings away from street lights, a chance to see the stars, and just the twinkling of some distant homes on the hills. Our thanks to Marisa for being a kind and caring host. We had such a wonderful stay.

Smještaj je bio jako ugodan, čist i predivno rustikalno uređen. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na jezero, a upute koje smo dobili su nam omogućile da dođemo do nje bez problema. Također, u smještaju su nas dočekala svježa jaja, sok, slatkiši, pjenušac i drugi pokloni, što je vrlo lijepo i pohvalno. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smještaj ako želite miran i ugodan odmor, mi smo se osjećali kao kod kuće.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im sehr ansprechend und liebevoll gestalteten Appartement von Anna. Anna ist eine zugewandte und sympathische Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung geben konnte. Unkompliziert war es auch mit Bella, unserer Hündin, die sich sehr gut mit Geo, dem Hund von Anna, verstanden hat. Wer gerne die Natur genießt und einen ruhigen Ort sucht wie wir, ist hier genau richtig. Gitte & Harald

Super Unterkunft, toller Host. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. etwas zu laut nachts, da das Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt.

Wir waren in der Gegend sportlich unterwegs. Das Haus war super um nach einem anstrengenden Tag dort noch zu kochen und den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage lud ein den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro città e tranquilla per alloggiare. Lorena host cordiale e accogliente, anche disponibile rispetto alla flessibilità dell'orario di check-in e check-out.

Die Villa Mafalda hat mir wunderbare Urlaubstage geschenkt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Gastfreundschaft wird von Natascha und Ihrer Familie grossgeschrieben und ich fühlte mich herzlich willkommen. Die Sitzplätze sind lauschig, der Ausblick auf die umliegenden sanften Hügel sehr schön. Ich habe Ausflüge nach Turin (1,5h - sehr sehenswert) und an die ligurische Küste (1:15h) unternommen, dazu nach Asti und Alba und zu weiteren sehenswerten Städten in der Umgebung. Ich bin mit Hund angereist und dieser war ebenso herzlich willkommen, durfte frei laufen und wurde mit vielen Streicheleinheiten versorgt - eine Wohltat für Hundebesitzer. Für alles vielen Dank!

A spectacular little cottage in the mountains, Leo was amazingly friendly and greeted us by the local restaurant with a glass of regional wine! Bring groceries- it is well-equipped with everything one might need for a humble mountain existence, but the last supermarket is a good 45 mins drive away. Loved the view, the remoteness and the genuine warmth with which we were welcomed to Tessin. Keep an eye out for the cycling trophies adorning the low exposed timber beamed ceilings - they belong to Leo's glory days!

The location is great, it's I'm the center of everything you can walk everywhere, the communication with the host was great. The place has everything including a dishwasher and clothes washer. They even left us an Easter present, we would definitely come back!

Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! Le logement est très beau, tout est neuf et parfaitement propre. L’endroit est calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Aneta, qui a été extrêmement gentille et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Elle a vraiment pris soin de nous pendant tout le séjour. Nous conseillons ce lieu sans hésiter !

Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo potuti distribuire comodamente nelle stanze, tutte servite da un proprio bagno. L'alloggio si trova in una posizione strategica, e abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto nelle immediate vicinanze. Silvana è stata molto ospitale.

Ho trascorso un weekend lungo nell’appartamento di Luca insieme al mio partner. È stato il luogo perfetto per sentirmi in vacanza nei luoghi in cui sono cresciuta e per rivivere il fascino delle mie colline. Stanza confortevole e bagno spazioso. Località molto tranquilla, seppur vicinissima al centro di Alba. Ci tornerò volentieri per la mia prossima visita in patria!

Eleonora was warm and welcoming upon arrival! It was a gorgeous space and a beautiful property. Eleonoras daughter was also very welcoming. The dogs are fun and kind as well as all the nature surrounding the property. It has its own private garden and washing machine (no tumble dryer but wasn’t a problem at all as given a drying rack and a clothes line in the garden). Only issue my partner and I have that is not at all Eleonoras fault is closest shops are a good 45 minute walk away but is a lovley sight in the sun. Would highly recommend this property! X

L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e ben organizzato, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e prendere un po' di sole sulle sdraio nel retro del cortile. Federica è stata estremamente gentile nel darci info sulla casa e sempre reattiva ad ogni nostra domanda e richiesta. Ci ha anche lasciato il necessario per la colazione e la cena! Davvero molto ospitale e disponibile. L'area è molto tranquilla immersa nel verde, facilissima da raggiungere da Pavia. Consiglio caldamente!

Wir waren für einige Tage vor Ostern hier, bei bestem Wetter und bereits warmen Temperaturen. Um die Unterkunft zu finden muss man lediglich den Anweisungen Chiaras folgen, dann ist es kein Problem. Wenn man sich auf schmalen Wegen mit dem Auto nicht wohl fühlt, muss man mit ca 400-500 m Fußweg rechnen, aber die lohnen sich. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles gehalten, was sie versprochen hatte. Unsere Highlights: - Balkone, auf denen man mit der Sonne wandern konnte. (Einer im Osten, einer im Westen zum See.) - Ruhige Lage. - einfach aber gut ausgestattete Küche. - super liebe Vermieter Man bekommt eine Liste mit Einkaufs- und Restaurantempfehlungen. Davon konnten wir nicht alle probieren, aber die, die wir probiert habe, waren großartig. In der Pettenasco an der Hauptstraße gegenüber der Tankstelle (sehr günstig, als wir da waren) befinden sich noch ein nettes Café/Bar, die wir auch empfehlen können. Auch das Gartengeschäft im Süden lohnt einen Besuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
