Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi ed amanti della natura e dei cavalli. Possibilità di campi da tennis, voli in mongolfiera e scuola di pilotaggio droni nelle vicinanze.

The house has a big private garden with direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with big double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
