The accommodation consists of a well equipped kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Close by is a quiet sitting area with a lock up shed for bikes etc. The large bedroom is spacious with a double bed and the second bedroom can be configured as a single or twin. A cot can be provided on request. bed linen and towels are provided and heating and electric costs are included in the rental charge. Sorry no pets. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop/post office. The” Cathedral in the Peak” Tideswell is just 0.6 mile away. Beautiful walks,cycling and relaxation await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

Dog friendly 🐕 Sunnyside was built in 1840, newly renovated, the property has flagged floors downstairs and floorboards upstairs. Quirky and cosy! Open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs. Gas fuelled stove, in addition to central heating. Upstairs, one double bedroom plus a separate dressing room. Bathroom has shower over small bath. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing break where your dog is welcome too!

The perfect base for cyclists, walkers and couples looking for a short comfortable break offering off road parking for one car.

Lawrence cottage is located in a brilliant position in the village of Tideswell, close to the many amenities the village has to offer. There is great walking and cycling straight from the front door. The cottage itself is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Price includes bedding, towels etc. Travel cot and high chair available. Free wifi. Pets accepted. Our house is attached to the cottage, so we are generally on hand if you need us for anything.

In summer months you can enjoy long evenings sitting out in the pretty garden at the back of the house.
