Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large porch. 2 min walk to Grand Central restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, or grab a bike or scooter for a 5 min ride to Downtown St. Pete or 15 to the beaches.

It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

A relaxed chill vibe, a resort of peace and not frenetic energy. Pool always a good temp, hot tub, lovely Clubhouse is a very nice addition. Pool table, free to use, a laundry, a small exercise facility and plenty of room to relax for a change of pace or location.
