Just under 10 minutes from Fairlie, 40 min from Lake Tekapo and only 1.5 hr from MT Cook, is our super cute historic Farmers cottage. Watch and pet our friendly animals from the cottage and experience some of the best star gazing in New Zealand from our beautiful hot tub. During your stay we offer a free animal tour of 1 hour, whereby you will visit some of our friendly animals incl bottle feeding our pet lambs (Aug-Dec), an Alpaca walk 🦙, and our friendly horses, cats, dogs and chickens 🥰

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

Pauli’s Place

A stunning modern apartment space located within walking distance of the beach and town centre. Boasts two comfortable bedrooms with a super king bed and a queen bed respectively. A smart tv dominates the luxurious lounge space. Includes a full kitchen facility with dishwasher and spacious fridge. Laundry available on request Located in a peaceful quiet area with a fantastic outdoor living space, you could easily settle in here for a couple of days or even a week and feel right at home .

This adorable flat is in a central location, close to town but lovely and peaceful. It boasts a modern kitchen with all the conveniences, a delightful cosy aesthetic with a boutique style, continental breakfast with espresso coffee, delicious snacks and a super comfy bed! A sofa bed is available for extra guests, so perfect for 2 couples, or a great spot for a family vacation. Timms Cottage

Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Seaside Retreat

This Stylishly renovated home has the ocean literally at its doorstep. This gem is very conveniently located, walking distance to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Brand new Cplay Adventure Playground, Penguins & Aquatic centre are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.
