Scotch Cove Retreat is our beautiful seaside cottage on the south shore of Nova Scotia in Mahone Bay. It has tons of spaces, gorgeous ocean views, "pool hall", artist's studio, and private dock on Scotch Cove only minutes away from hiking trails and the sweet town of Chester. It's perfect for a relaxing time with family and close friends. (Gatherings are now limited to 16 by Airbnb.) We've put a lot of work into this space and think it has a lot of heart and character. Or simply stay in the neighbourhood and explore great, local show, food and sites around the Hydrostone market. The apartment is equipped with all the basic amenities, including a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and more. Plus, our hot water solar panel provides eco-friendly hot water.

Built in 1894, this beautifully renovated one bedroom apt has lots of character and is equipped with all of the essentials. It is self contained with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of the North End - walking distance to amazing cafes, markets and restaurants. We live upstairs and go to work early, so we ask that our guests are quiet. We do not have a driveway. You can get a parking permit to park on the street day and night by visiting the HRM parking link
