Arroyo Cabin

The Arroyo Cabin is situated in a quiet peaceful part of the Sacramento Mountains. The property is a working ranch so chickens and pigs are a few hundred yards from the cabin, along with cows on the premises. There will likely be a rooster crowing and possibly cows grazing around the cabin. They could potentially be curious about you or lick the windows of your car. The cabin has a large parking area where you can park your trailer. Also it is handicap accessible. (See in Pictures)

New build 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin is a great place to start an outdoor adventure, less than 1 mile off the pavement. Plenty of graveled parking for trucks and trailers. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, a/c and heater and large TV. Bathroom features a shower and tankless water heater. Open plan kitchen/living area that features all of the necessities for meal prep. Joins the Lincoln National Forrest for trails and hiking, abundance of wildlife including elk, deer, turkey and seeing a occasionally bear and many different kinds of bird.
